Why do people succeed? Is it because they’re smart? Or are they just lucky? Neither. Analyst Richard St. John condenses years of interviews into an unmissable 3-minute slideshow on the real secrets of success.
It's a really simple and funny presentation that could easily be used to kick off a training session as a thought provoker or discussion point.
I hope you like it!

Awesome! I'm going to post it too, with credit back to you of course.
Chris,
That was terrific, lean, eye-opening and inspiring - all in an instant:-))
Makes me even more think to come to TED in the next few years talking about LockSchuppen - the future of living, working and loving of the year 2056 (http://mindbroker.de/wiki/LockSchuppen).
It has just been started from an idea of mine (provide a place where people can play to their strengths), work hard and passionate in prototyping small environments (during my last 10 years of work, especially the last 5 at BMW at the new plant in Leipzig), serving what the customer asks for (and asking them the question what is bringing them true value in the first place), persistently focus on the future goal and vision (for over 35 years that has driven me often unconsciously recently the vision has become quite solid, especially during a workshop with Peter Senge last spring in Boston).
Thanks for sharing that great speech - quality never comes with length, bigness or largeness. The tiny things are relevant:-))
Cheers,
Ralf
